How do I know that my order has been received?

After you have placed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email.

We use a secure server. We do not keep your card details once your order has been processed. All details are held confidentially. The tranfer is made by Secpay one of the UK's largest e-commerce services. This means that only Secpay and Twenty One C Ltd. can access them.

No sensitive personal information will be held without explicit consent of the consumer. The consumer can withold any personal information which is not required for the sale.

We are not responsible for any confidential information given by email, we recommend this is given over the telephone.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with a third party, to confirm your identity. They may check any details we disclose to them against any data bases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Items Purchased Online

All items are checked and signed off before dispatch. Returns must be in an as received condition.

Returns are covered by a 7 day cooling off period. Please inform us with in 3 days of delivery that you are returning them.

Faulty returns can only be exhanged for replacement not a refund. Refunds may take upto 28 days to process.

All returned items must be complete with all parts, accessories and in the original packaging and in new condition or we may refuse the refund or refund less than the full amount.

To return an item please use the contact page to call or email us.

Unless faulty, customer must arrange to have product returned or we can arrange collection at a charge of £11. If customer arranges a collection, they are responsible for any insurance if needed.

All products and boxed must be in an as new, unused condition, otherwise we may refund less than the full value paid or refuse to allow you to return them.

Please note all orders placed are subject to these conditions. The company refers to Twenty One C Ltd T/A Best Kept Secret TM. You or yourselves refers to you, the customer.

We do attempt to take care of all items but unless you arrange specifically with us, our liablility for lost or damaged films / cameras / photos is limited to sending a replacement camera / film.

We aim to supply cameras and products with a long expiry date. If having receive a n item and the expiry date is too short for your needs, we may at our discretion allow a refund or send replacements.

Delivery/dispatch times are estimates. Please read the shipping/delivery details for all the information.

Please note we may delay the order if we suspect it to be fraudulent. eg. stolen credit card.

Prices and special offers on this site may vary from the in store prices and offers.

The processing of cameras is done by another company. We recommend you send cameras using recorded or special delivery so you can trace them.

Unless noted otherwise expect delivery of your order within 12 days.

We are only obliged to supply the goods or services to you when the order has been accepted and confirmed. However we may cancel the order after this time and refund your money.

We try our best to keep all details correct. However if we mis-price a product, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your money.

All sizes and figures are approximate but we endevour to make them as accurate as possible.

All products are supplied subject to their availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Occasionally specifications of a product may be changed by a manufacturer, in which case we will send a product of no less specification or price.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be resident in the UK, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man. (British Forces Post Office addresses also accepted). You must be 18 years or over to place an order.

Ownership of the goods transfers when full payment is received and delivery has been made.

Liability is limited to the provision of a refund or replacements. We accept no responisibility for items lost in the post, we suggest you send items using recorded delivery so you can track them. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
